What a fantastic find . Charlie is extremely helpful and efficient and everything was easily sorted out. Would recommend 100%. Other care companies would do well to follow their lead . I received a very positive and excellent experience from Hands on Hand Home Care & Mobility Hire as I needed to hire a mobility scooter when mine was off the road for 2 weeks. Charlie was very responsive to my initial call everything was sorted within the hour for the hire on the same day.  They very kindly arranged for the collection and drop off from their home which was nearer to me. I could not fault the service and scooter was exactly what I asked for.  I would 100% recommend this company and would definitely use them again if I needed to hire anything else.

He was easily contactable and it was a straight forward booking process. Thank you so much, we definitely had a lovely time knowing my Mother in Law could enjoy us with the sightseeing of Torquay whilst comfortably sitting and riding the Scooter. We contacted Charlie to hire a mobility scooter for my wife while we were on holiday in Torquay, The service we received was fantastic! For a small fee the scooter was delivered to us at the site we were staying at, Charlie gave us a full explanation of how it worked and all of its safety features before leaving it with us. Having the scooter meant that my wife could join us and be a part of all of our days out with the whole family, the powerful motor on the scooter made even the steepest of hills simple to ascend and the electromagnetic braking meant going down hills was safe and controlled. All in all I would definitely recommend speaking with Charlie if you are in need of a hired scooter for your holiday, we have now returned home and we will be talking to him about purchasing a scooter from him as my wife found it so much easier to manoeuvre than the one we have at home and she just loved it!! Thank you so much Charlie for all your help, advice and continuing support. I cannot comment on the home help part of the business but I will say that if you receive the level of care and support that we had from Charlie then I am sure you will be very well taken care of and definitely in Safe Hands.
